Royal Mail
Please see individual items for postage costs. Postal Insurance is available on request. We dispatch items four times throughout the week, have dedicated postal staff and an excellent working relationship with our local sorting office. Please contact us if urgent delivery is required or you have a question regarding our service.
Courier and Specialist Services
For any large, fragile or valuable items, we have accounts with national and international carriers.
Items Late, Lost Or Damaged In The Post:
Natural Flow have diverse arrangements for shipping your item. In the highly unlikely event of your parcel being late or damaged, in the first instance please contact us via email or telephone.
International Customers:
We highly recommend that overseas customers contact us for a postal insurance quote and international signed for service via the Royal Mail.
Returns:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a no quibbles full refund on all purchases within 14 days (less postage costs). If there is a fault with the item (and we cannot replace it) or we have made a mistake with the listing we will issue a full refund including postage costs. Items to be returned should be in a re-saleable condition preferably with tags still attached where applicable.
